Possibly. All rush orders have a very tight turnaround time. Depending upon agreed shipping time, and if it is within 24 hours of the order being placed, you may be able to cancel the order.

Unfortunately, no. Once the package leaves our hands and is delivered into the hands of the shipping company (USPS, UPS or FedEx), we are no longer responsible for it and have no control over delays and/or damage. Depending upon shipping chosen at checkout, an insurance claim may be submitted to attempt to get any monies returned. Pictures of damage or proof of delay, etc. will be needed to submit insurance claims. We do ask that you fully cooperate according to shipping companies policies on this matter.
We highly recommend purchasing Priority Mail or higher, to insure your package, when checking out.

Glass Rhinestones are our recommended and most popular stones. They will give you much more shine than Resin, which is a cheaper alternative.
We keep a great stock of these on hand, to be able to better serve our customers.
